Prayer for the Children

So tonight my church had our first Prayer Walk of the local schools. We prayed over the campuses, for the faculty, staff, students, and parents. We prayed for the buildings and the land. We walked around with hands lifted high, unashamed and feeling blessed for the boldness to do so!

I do not say this to bring glory to myself or the church, but to bring glory to God. Without the boldness that He gives us, we could not do this. Without the freedom that He allows us, we could not do this. Without the love that He shows us, we could not do this. Without Him, we are nothing... nothing... nothing at all.

If you haven't been a part of a similar exercise in your community, I encourage you to see what you can do to begin one. Our children are our future, and the world for them is far more dangerous than it was for us. They need the prayer more than anything!

And even if you don't get the chance personally, know that my team is praying for your children tonight, and will continue to do so.

God bless you all!!!
